Not 2 staff but senior staff CEO and Finance director?
The lack of IMO transparency in this announcement and also the fact that it has taken them several business days to report it to the ASX is not good form and should get a please explain and also every transaction in the last few days looked at for a start and several weeks prior as these things don't happen overnight and there will have been time for the investigation and suitable legal advise. If the employees wee stood down for any period etc IMO it should have been reportable.
Simply not reporting their names which are Ashby and Johnson is so bloody opaque it is a concern.
We have no idea the true details and if there will be charges pending etc etc. To have top 2 staff and implies possible collusion screames a red flag and they will surely be delving deeper into all operations IMO.
