i hold both agm and zfx although weighted more heavily towards zfx. i'd be pssd if they raised the offer to what agm management think its worth. 300mil is 300mil and shouldn't be thrown at anything thats not warranted. as far as looking stupid if they dont increase the bid, i think the oppisite. i'd prefer they walk away and keep shopping around. i'll be selling what agm i have left 2days before expiry if there are no more developments. increase the bid too much and i'm selling zfx.
