I bought AVD back in 2013 (unfortunately) and not long after I bought, there was (from memory) a 60:1 consolidation followed rapidly by an 80:1 consolidation.

My meager investment of $1000 became an even more meager $4.39.

Just to break even I need the SP to be $4.80

With this acquisition, consolidation (and associated name change?) I can't help but laugh at the thought of what my $4.39 will be worth once the dust settles.

Perhaps we can now be called "Antilles Old & Grey"

If anyone from the BOD bothers to read these threads perhaps you can do an unmarketable share parcel buy back so poor saps like me can at least offset the massive loss.
