I should have mentioned that if RIO rises thru yesterday's HIGH of $36.39 then it could well retest the recent (and that which you correctly mention) at $36.70 creating the double top ...
Because we look for EARLY ENTRIES to catch the bounce, we place stock on alert watch that look set for movments ... either way subject to confirmation.
