Actually no - you are incorrect.
The listing rules were not referred to in either the 4 May request for suspension nor the extension request of 7 May. The listing rules issue was only included in the announcement made today.
Perhaps before trying to discredit my argument you check the facts. This is not a complex task.
It is simply incredulous to me that people do not seem to read things properly.
