"... advised by the ASX that further modifications need to be undertaken to be fully in accordance with the ASX Listing Rules."

Answer - which listing rules they are seeking to modify - that's still a mystery because they haven't told anyone. But they are trying to modify to be in accordance with listing rules - they said it not me!
