Cant argue with that, its taken a long time and PR hasnt been great...but its about the tech still, we still arent actually fully proven at comm level so where as I dont think there is much risk there will be seen to be much. Yes we still need more in depth detail on the SPV too but we are moving forward and have the platform now to grow and succeed. Global outlook has to be taken, ESI would surely have that in the agreement with the SPV. Plus this being proven will now be a 'chip' for India gov't at the international level neg's for whatever they may be after.
