Secondly, it's becoming clearer that this CR was REALLLY needed due to covenant breaches on their debt. Do you know what those covenants were? I'm not party to the details of these covenants and I definitely know that you're not either. But please correct me if I'm wrong.

Finally, buying on market is not about gaining pips on market trades. I never said that. I've been clear that it's about supporting the 30c line to make the SPP viable. It makes no economic sense to participate in a SPP if the share price is below the SPP price - period.

I guarantee that they will struggle to get the $5m that they hope from the SPP if the share price stays where it is or goes lower.

I'm hoping that fate will bring more good announcements before the SPP deadline (which push the price up, unlike yesterday's announcement). If not I will imminently be vindicated of my constant explaining of this to those that don't understand how capital markets function, but at a cost to my shareholding.

How does this sound? I will give you my rights to buy my three packets of $15k of SPP shares (on three entities that I use to own AHZ) at 30c if the share price is below 30c. If the SPP rights are not techinically transferrable then I will be happy be happy to participate in the SPP myself and do an off-market transfer to you for 30c per share.

Please be honest - will you take this offer? I genuinely would like your response to this question.

There were some posters here (incl non holders like Ralom) who regularly voiced concerns about the 4Cs. I dont recall you saying much. You seemed to have played catch up when WP surprised you with a cap raising. Are you angry at WP or at yourself for not anticipating it... trying to figure out the reason for posts that border on a tantrum over spilt milk....
