    I think its a couple of more fundamental things but not exclusive of your points.
    One directors have only limited windows in which they can buy. Given the recent announcement it seems to fit that window gvien.
    Two if you (they) understand the geology it is just plain great value below 20c. (and probably below 25c or more).
