What’s your understanding of what makes this deal binding SJ?
Aside from the Formal Documentation and Shareholder approvals, the Ann says payment of $1mill makes the deal binding for Cokal and Domain, and gives Domain exclusivity on financing of the BBM coking coal project for 3 months.
So what part of the $67mill deal binding if their is a 3month financing exclusivity period for BBM Coking Coal? Shouldn’t it be a transaction completion deadline?
