Ann: Founders Commit to Additional Escrow Period, page-43

Does anyone think it is strange or at least desperate that the company had to put out an announcement basically saying that the directors are not selling shares, its none of the markets business if these shares are part of the pool of shares freely traded, sure make a song and dance about escrowed shares being released but to tag it with we are not selling is a tad desperate. Maybe they should now obtain voluntary under takings from all shareholders.
