    Horse Mouth. I don't think you have that right there.

    MFS sold 65% of their shares in Stella. Stella, as a business, still holds 100% of the UBS debt. So, the debt is NOT paid 65% by CVC and 35% by MFS, it is repaid 100% by Stella. Otherwise MFS would still have to account for it in their balance sheet.
