I guess hiving off UK, Africa and JD, closing the fancy Sydney office (& moving to an O&G skillbase like Melbourne or Perth), dissallowing staff frequent flyer points, and selling a certain field back to Apache for the purchase price might be enough to interest me.
Generically these midcap oilers bother me. Seems juniors become (or not) midcap on luck, a lot of huff and undrilled hype, or a couple of luckily timed aquisitions, but few repeat their success and consistently grow.
