For one thing the impact only happens when the directors who hold the shares decide to sell and it will be their prerogative to do so. So it will always be looming over your head if you are a holder. As for the impact if the sale eventually occurs would be determined by market demand. If market demand is strong then the sale of the escrowed shares would increase liquidity and thus making the stock more attractive to investor with deeper pockets potentially uplifting the SP as time goes. If demand is strong then the directors can trickle sell their shares and the market will absorb it overtime. Based on the announcement today and the great difficulty of the last CR, however, it is absolutely certain that that demand is definitely not there. Now since the demand is not there then dilution is all but certain. As to how diluted the SP would be in the eventuallity of a sale depends on at what price the sale is done at but the SP would be guaranteed to go down significantly. This latter prognosis is what you guys are in at present, almost a game of chicken if the situation remains the same and people should not be celebrating. Sword of damocles indeed.

Incorrect. As i understand it, currently only 0.8 on market. Add 1 bill and we will be looking at 1.8 on issue (with 1 bill voluntarily locked away) .
