Yeah, okay, thanks for the correction @blues and barnacles. The potential dilution is incomparably worse now. If those escrowed shares do get sold then that is annihilation. I was under the obviously super incorrect assumption that there are 1.8 billion on market...holy geezus...like really holy ****. The directors could just sneeze some of the escrowed shares and the SP would plummet.

I sincerely didnt think it would be this bad....I am guessing this would impact ability to CR too...who would invest with that kind of sword of damocles hanging over their head?? The SP is already at 9 cents with I think CR impending.
