    The point being that the CR's were actually for operational costs not audits given that the company is not making profits. So the spin is it's needed for audit.
    Without the cr the company would be bankrupt as their debt capacity is maxed out.
    It's clearly in the 4C's hence 16c. It seems a few shareholders are still big fans of the magic pudding.
