Firstly, Con buys $50K worth of shares in an off-market transaction.
A few weeks later, ESI releases an independant valuation on the coldry technology based on potentially 2 major deals.
I would assume by the end of the month/early next month ESI will announce the acquisition of at least 2 major deals followed by board and management changes. Very likely Con will chair the board and Kos will be appointed the new CEO.
