Perhaps a better way to look at it is ASSET BACKING and although exploration is capitalised but of questionable value, the hard assets and development work done at Peroka are real and worth considerably more as a going concern.
Wait 12 months for cash flow to start and the market will re-rate shares accordingly. Get core now for 12 month time frame and build trading position into confirmation of base break out (ie when this seller has finished) is my MO.
