I was going to buy, but now I doubt, having learned that there were a few rounds at lower prices.
I think that many earlier investors will want to make profit and price can go down dramatically upon listing, regardless of business prospective.
Therefore, my idea that participation in an IPO that had several pre-ipo rounds before, will have less chance of success for new investors, due to a certain number of shares that will be available for sale and profit, even with price below initial listing price.
