I am not a shareholder of SYR,
I would like for you to substantiate your following claim
"I would say Magnis in their wisdom could foresee that if Syrah for example can not make a profit will they flood the market with even cheaper graphite just to stay alive although with escalating debt how long will they last?"
I have only had a quick look at SYR March QTR financial report and the 2017 Annual report,
could you please point out to me where it says that SYR has any debt ?
It would appear to me that SYR is currently debt free, They certainly could undercut a company like MNS who needs to borrow / invest $269Mil USD = $358Mil AUD to fund there graphite project,
