If you've accused him of not disclosing - you better be right not just guessing. In my opinion anyone is entitled to sell their shares 8horse, ML anyone.
And someone could sell and forget to update their disclosure on HotCopper easily enough because of the way disclosures are done.
But to accuse someone of having sold and not disclosed when they have not is a whole lot more serious than someone forgetting to update their disclosure in my opinion.
