You make a good point about Qantas takeover. No doubt AGM will decline as those arbitragers who have bought in at over $1 make a quick exit.

At the end of the day, the market knows that ZFX has at least put a value of $1 on AGM. If they walk away then someone else will take a look down the track and if nobody does then we'll all cop the 25cps as per Roger Ring's estimates or the 19c per share as per Melua.

There is not much downside here.
