My Take;
1. Any company that can't pay staff is technically bankrupt.
2.I believe there is an ad hoc body getting results in seeing management leaving.
3.The US is making money and there is the future.
4. Zeta will take this over but needs to be relisted.
5. ASIC/ASX is more than involved hence the silence from Nick

This whole saga will cause many a financial ruin / relationship and it's so sad to witness.
