I haven't seen anybody doing the maths on this yet.
CR on this SPP totals $4,000,000
No of shareholders at last Annual report is 9370
$ limit per shareholder is $15,000.
Offer price is $0.13
Lets say 1/3rd of shareholders apply for max allowance. That's 3123 applicants
$4M/3123 = $1281 allocation each @ $0.13 gives you an extra 9852 shares
So to participate, i need to fill out all the paperwork, hand over $15k for a few weeks hoping that everybody else doesn't have the motivation to apply, or i could sit in the bid queue like i am now and hope i can pick a few up close to the SPP price to cover my recent 12% dilution.
Please check my maths.
