At a rate of 300m per 9 hours it would only take 2500 9 hour shifts of 1500 with highly skilled and organized people...... From China and material supply on a scale the DRC has only just recently seen on it last over a 7 year Chinese paid for upgrade with many delays. At China's best from no base record with the conditions and supply constraints in the DRC a 2 lane road built by 1000 Chinese people in 9 hour shifts assuming non stop supply of material would still take 500 days at a rate of 1km per day for some perspective. Keep it real please. Only $250m to spend on road.
