Do we have to remind everyone that it is an acquisition by MCL, I'd say IMO it's a purchase of some type of enhancement of processing/more acres of farms to speed up the process, I believe that they have mentioned that demand is high and would want to be able to speed up the process so that they can keep up with this demand, in turn generating revenue for the company, bigger turnover, more profits etc ????
