New moons last Feb , last july , last oct and last Dec were all tops so Feb 6/7 is next so give or take a day, it is hard not to be watchful.
It is not just those dates mentioned but you can go back forever and they seem to have significance, such as the 1987 top etc, and eclipses too have been important.
They don't always work but more than chance would indicate.
