Is there any reason that ZFX didn't acquire a big stake before annoucing the takeover? Also the first offer seemed a bit confusing with the 90c or $1 thing. Also if they had of waited a few weeks the share price may well have been into the high 50's with the subprime debacle.
Don't seem to have made a great fist of things imo.
