AVZ management has already said at a previous meeting (Nigel I think) that JORC value is at least 50c. So I fail to see how the board is going to recommend an offer much lower than that amount.
Also, I'm beginning to wonder who really has Airguide silenced? Is it AVZ management or potential suitors. Remember AVZ said that they would vet their tweets beforehand. Not stopping them completely.
