    The link below is for the Gildemeister web site. They are producing their version of modular V redox batteries in Austria ..they are tarted up for the mass market but also used industrially in large scale applications. The Protean version uses a container as the box format for rough and ready testing .. The US navy and defence departments have been testing redox batteries in a portable mini container in field applications.

    The VRB's development has skyrocketed globally since the IP was freed up a few years ago. The VRB was the brainchild of Maria Skyllas-Kazacos from the Uni of NSW who patented the process in 1986. They onsold the IP to a company in the US who went belly up while they were holding the patent rights. The patent rights were released after the some effort and the VRB rollouts now continue unabated with improvements to the original design. This will be one huge industry, globally, in the near term.

    Bought into Protean recently and it certainly looks the goods to bring home the bacon.
