latest zfx response announcement, page-40

Twice on this thread Jet has used the original 0.90/1.00 offer subject to 30% AGM takers which was pulled long ago (ie: 23 Jan) by ZFX for the straight 1.00 offer irrespective of AGM takers. Subterfuge by Jet I believe.

If you're going to use selective information Jet then at least make sure it's current. Most people on HC can and do read Co announcements.

Personally I agree with ZFX's latest announcement re AGM's selective and rather unprofessional announcements on the matter.

Apart from the issues raised in this afternoon's ZFX release, I was somewhat bemused to see the release by AGM on 25 Jan entitled "Nickel Off Zinifex". Rather poor for supposed educated and erudite professionals one would think, and personally not the type of behaviour I would expect or want to see from any of my company's director's.

Keep in mind AGM holders - these guys don't give a rats about you - their just trying it on to maximise their personal gains.

Yes I am a ZFX holder but honestly couldn't give a damn whether the deal goes through or not and will be somewhat pissed off if ZFX do increase the offer, which at this point in time would be extremely unlikely. Like someone else said - all they have to do is pull the offer and pick up AGM for a 20 - 40% discount in a few weeks. Don't delude yourselves of anything other than that reality.
