Sorry guys, I thought I could reconcile between what PT literally said and what he probably meant to say. I think everyone is right, he has made a quick post and made a simple mathematical error when he was tring to highlight why ADY was so undervalued. I expects he believes the share price is worth north of $1 which is why he didn't probably pick himself up on the off the cuff calculation of what the profits from half the proposed contract alone may be worth to the share price. In other words. don't just divide by 10 to come up with what he thinks ADY shares are worth. (There is the other 46MT contract, the ports (he says worth $200M) and Lithium, Bulman etc.)
