Minority Group, page-24

I am a long term NKP shareholder from 2010 (68 cents each) and have not had any recent activity with them ,only now finding out about this crap that's going down. Unfortunately I am also a shareholder of AGO, who are in a similar boat ,"being screwed by management". We have a group ( "agounited" ) of minority shareholders trying hard to get a better outcome.
My question -:

Do you have an organised minority shareholders group that I could join, or is it wait, "vote against" and hope for a better offer?
