I suspect that funding our FAR fair share of SNE development will be quite straightforward and without worry. In my bones (and in my most prophetic dreams), I believe the ICC will find in favor of FAR, and uphold our right to PE the COP-to-WPL sale of 35%WI SNE.
FAR will creatively secure said 35%WI, and on-sell 25% (or more) WI in response to a very, very high offer.
Said monies could be paid FAR in francs, pounds, yuan, ringgit, lira, or even Jamaican dollars... who knows. But we will be all cashed-up and ready-to-go... obviating any need for a share-based CR. No dilution... no pain, no strain, but loads of octane.
I might be accused of being a member of The Pom Pom Brigade, or even an up-ramper.
I would be proud to be called the former, and do not consider myself the latter by any means. Anyone new on this board, please do not gamble your hard-earned money on what I've expressed herein.
