How can anyone on this forum know what is just and fair value when five years from now, whomever owns this company will be raking in profits of the currently known resources, and discovering more. The directors of AGM have convincingly stated there are more undiscovered nickel resources, and areas in melba flats that include paladium, gold, copper and platinum.********

It amuses me when AGM holders want to be paid now what the company will be worth in 5 years. You must leave something on the table for someone else. As far as the directors convincingly stating that there are more undiscovered nickel resources.....perhaps we could use that instead of the JORC code? you could have inferred, indicated, measured, proven and then the highest rating "directors convincingly stated".
I am sorry nickel7 but every company thinks they have more resources than what is proved up.That is their job to get them and bring into production.
A company is valued by its cashflow. Its a simple system and doesnt factor in a lot for blue sky.
OXR will be in production at prominent hill soon yet its down 25% from recent highs...so the production-share price boom argument is just not realistic.
The updated resource statement gives you 56000 tonnes of nickel @ $25000 p/t = $1.4 bill in assets....you had better have some bluesky there because that is what zfx is paying for already. even using 172,000 tonnes as per last announcement they have only $4.2 billion in assets.
if they ramp p to 15000 tonnes per annum they could be out of resources in 4 years....what sort of PE do you get for that?

one of my favourites TZN has IGV of $8.3 billion based on $2000/tonne and yet today is valued at $280 million.
How is AGM worth alot more than $800 million with what they have?
Are dollars generated from nickel worth alot more than dollars generated from zinc?
