If the derma division is sold what discount factor do you think the buyers will apply to the "potential" $40 mio deal with VC. IMO around 100% because you are buying into complete uncertainty. Think about it. The value of the derma division will reach nowhere near the value created by the VC deal which will devalue your MXC holdings. By keeping or selling the derma division, the VC deal is important
