Mining/Processing on site costs are 70% of AJM's operational costs. 13% are transportation.
BGS has 33% transportation costs for its 1000km transport plan to port and still an overall lower overall cost per tonne compared to AJM.
The big key difference is as you mention is the cost of running the mine with better ore grades. Onsite costs always higher than transportation.
AVZ has high ore grades, homogenous, non-veiny deposit PLUS that $100/tonne tin credit. So it will likely be lower cost than both. Eventually, a chemical plant would make transportation issues mute and AVZ could complete undercut most producers. This is all future speculation but the potential is there.
