So which public register did you look at? And how (i.e. did you do an online search for DATHCOM only or did you go into an office in the DRC containing the relevant register yourself ) ?

To me that could possibly be true - possibly because Dathomir not Dathcom is "facilitating" (to quote AVZ announcements not a public registry) so work could be happening as Dr_Manhattan's posts show, and Dathomir might have already played some role in facilitating that work. Or Dathomir might not have.

I've read you posts in this thread including your reply to Obe Wan. You seem to be suggesting being able to speak or read French and Chinese "helps." To be clear - can you read French and Chinese without requiring a translator?
