I wouldn't criticise WP for the SP - this can happen last of all in a company's development.
The company is expanding. Yes, in a lumpy kind of way but that is the nature of small caps as they evolve.
The SP isn't being held back for anyone to buy up big - they could have done that with an approach to Minderoo and the other Top 10 s/holders. They could have done that by taking all the CR when it was being offered around.
Appreciate your thought through comments though - very unlike some of the strident boneheads around at the moment.
