    High quality IO, pellets,scrap steel are expressly replacing low quality Iron Ore.
    It just happens, express purpose or not. Vale did it to maximize their profits.
    Your logic is astounding.
    I am so happy that all this is known to you and that you understand why low quality IO miners are hitting brick wall.
