I'm not withdrawing my statement inco.
I heard that whilst Findlays is happy to continue backing the takeover .. they dont privately hold much hope of it succeeding .
I was going to confirm this view before I stated anything.
findlays is still happy to receive fees from FAS of course - and the more work they do, the more fees they'll receive.
If the takeover crosses the line - i'll benefit as an FDY shareholder .. but as I said before without a cash offer it wont happen.
