What an exciting day, eh!

There are 726m shares on issue, so at 4.4c the MC is about $32m. Investors should be mindful of the size of the MC. I believe though that it is warranted, maybe higher is to come too.

There are 119m 3c 31/10/19 options on issue too. About 20m are not listed - directors mainly I think. Ross Taylor has a stack of listed ones too.

Anyway, the options are now well and truly in play and should stay in play until 31/10 next year imo. I base that view on what is now in the assay bank. That assay bank cannot be reduced. In fact it is likely to get bigger.

So, if all options are converted then that totals $3.57m in company receipts. Although the conversions will increase the number of shares on issue, the positive side of things is that a frugal company, as this one is, should not need a CR for quite some time. People will probably convert bit by bit. Then there is the wicket keeper Ross Taylor to back things up should money get low. He has never been afraid to financially support the company.

Anyone disagree with any of that?
