    But the Offer Period is over so how is that relevant to the current situation? I assume they would need to make another offer to be able to enact the 90% clause?

    Given AVA is now the official jewel in the crown then the next offer should be higher but given these guys behaviour and the last offer being 'not fair but reasonable' then we should it expect it to be a 3:1 offer
