Once the heard stop running for the exits - the only proven trading strategy i have ever had 75% success rate on is buy when their is panic hold and sell. and in this cycle i never pick the bottom, but i start with small dips, getting bigger each drop then shares stabilise and start rising, then after a certain % gain i start selling in small parcels increasing to the top = I never pick the true bottom and never the true top but, i've been getting better at it over the last 4 yeas especailly - think ASL from $4 down to .20 and now 2.70 my (av .70c) MQG 100 to 20 back to 115 ( av @27 now sold out av 103), RIO 120 to 40 now 85 (av52 sold 3/4 av 81). My point is TLS may go to 2 its been through a bad news after bad situation and the heard are running right now after an av of 3.4 sold in the high 5's 80% and have been accumulating from 4 with latest buy at 3.92 with another 5000 shares at 2.55 bid if i get that i av to 3.13 and i am still in front with dividend payments, even at my forecasted .18c per year.

Otherwise just wait till it all blows over and buy into a rising SP, or wait for all the tax loss selling and margin calls to be triggered next month and buy a parcel if it fits your strategy
