Actually Freehold, I think he is right RE Dathomir expenditure.
I believe the CIG (Chinese Investment Group) are paying for the road rehab. Or someone like that, CREC maybe? But whoever it is, it isn't Dathomir.
The JV only mentioned that Dathomir were required to facilitate the expenditure on the road and hydro rehab, it never stipulated that they had to spend the money themselves.
Also, I'm not sure the burden of proof lies with this poster to prove all the ramping posts wrong with "evidence" considering the majority of ramps are opinions containing anything far from factual evidence.
