I will just throw in my two cents here as well, but as far as we know (I know they are sometime "late" in filing the change of substancial holder notice) but the biggest shareholder Colonial First State has not sold any shares yet. If they thought Centro was going to go broke then surely they would take what they could get rather than joining the queue with the rest of the ordinary shareholders. So that they would have the money to buy the assets at firesale prices.
I could be wrong, just another opinion and something which helps me sleep at night
