Unfortunately I honestly believe Brandon has been led up the garden path and at his age was naive to a large degree to the business world and those influencing the direction of the company. He isn’t an accountant or high level finance guy and that is the area of reporting of where the seeds were sown and plot conjured.

I think the concept overall is good and I think there was a future there, just not under the model used obviously and not via the rapid proposed growth plans in place. It wasn’t long ago everyone here for the most part was spruiking the benefits of video and how sme’s can use it. Don’t lose sight of the demographic. It’s purely the figures and reporting of such that has turned out to be the downfall. Putting the financial reporting aside there is a future for video for SME’s. Was the focus on the right areas, was the focus on actual sales and was the focus on a truly efficient scalable model? That’s where this fell down. Like I said, unfortunately for him he drank the cool aid as they say and rolled with what was getting delivered to him. His initial idea and vision I believe had merit. It would be hard at his age to knock back or disagree with people around you older, allegedly experienced and influential in your life and not to run with how they said things should happen.

At the end of the day it may have ended up as a good solid profitable SME or maybe more. Once it backdoor listed is when greed took hold.
