Yes, thank you for your help and others also.

Got rid of that 3.9 spyware thingy.

That appeared to be the main troublemaker.

I am still getting heaps of spam email throughout the day.
Also haven't done anything about getting my sound back.

Will have to leave that for another day.

Really appreciate your input.

Nothing worse than getting infected and not knowing what to do.

I knew sure enough that if i asked for help in HC, other posters much more knowledgeable in that area would come to my rescue.
