I agree with the others. You've made a good post - albeit from a 'glass half empty' perspective.

The current sentiments are understandable in the context of the FDA knock back and the lack of news on other fronts.

I take issue witha few of your comments though.

First, none of the other "advanced negotiation deals (new urine products, Russia, Mexico, China) are subject to FDA approval and, therefore, have NOT fallen through for that reason.

Mexico may be a 'distant memory' - but it is not a lost opportunity, athough it is undoubtedly taking a long time (for reasons I have posted on a ccouple of times)

You say "Russia doesnt even seem like its been thought of". This is comprehensively wrong. Expect news on this soon.

You say "China is a great hope ... but the wheels for that train are in slow motion and the 3 step process they outlined could potentially take over 1 year". While that is possible, it is speculation. It is just as possible that the approvals will be completed EARLIER than predicted. Of course, we need a detailed update, to have views on this either way.

I think we all agree that the company is not good at keeping the market informed. However, don't forget that the company is leanly structured with few hands for stroking shareholders. Their focus is clearly on product development and the establishment of market penetration traction. I'm not defending their apparent disregard for shareholder knowledge and visibility - just trying to understand it.

In my view, as previously stated, I believe the 'problems' are more apparent than real...and that patience and holding will be well rewarded over the next 3-6 months.
