I think you need to check your facts. Nemaska announced plans to raise USD 775M and USD 825M. I stated about 5-6 posts back on my timeline that they were looking at approx USD650M for their plant construction as a component of the overall plan.
The full funding (USD825M) is to fund the construction and commissioning of its Whabouchi Mine and Shawinigan Plant project and for general working capital.
So it's not 1.104B as you claim.

SYA does not need anywhere near that level of funding for their initial concentrator plan. Only c AUD $65M is required with a reasonable level of profitable economics. Once that happens we can generate sufficient capital to extend rousources across our tenements and potentially approach funding/building a Lithium Hydroxide plant (either with a strategic partner or as part of a debt finance arrangement).
All in my opinion of course.
